Beulah was the 6th of 15 children born to Clate S. and Hattie L. Harden. She met and married John Allen (J.B.) Gunter on February 7, 1959 in Santa Rosa Texas, where she was an elementary school teacher. After a couple of years they moved to Amarillo, Texas, where J.B. operated a TV repair shop. They were members of Trinity Baptist Church for most of their married life. Beulah kept nursery children at church. Her gift was being such a wonderful caretaker and having enough grace for everyone in her family. She was a loving wife and a wonderful mother to her children.
