Children: Mildred Laverne Wood May, Charles Waymon Wood, James Wayland Wood 831/1941-01/29/1948), Billy Joe Wood, Winnie Bell Wood Evans, Joyce Geraldine Wood Woods Lombard, Beatrice Louise Wood Watts, Roger Dale Wood. They had 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. Everyone enjyed visiting Bea and Charlie. They lived many years in a house they bought from Annie Chessher in Darst Oil Field near Kingsbury, TX.

After Charlie died, Nancy married William Simsen.
