Vallie Rice Crouch, 82, died Thursday, January 27, 1977 at Taylor County Hospital. She was a resident of Churchill Drive, Campbellsville. Mrs. Crouch was a native of Taylor County, born here July 24, 1894, the daughter of the late W. J. and Nellie Fisher Rice. She was the widow of the late Oliver Crouch. Mrs. Crouch was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son: Richard Crouch of Whittier, California; three daughters: Mrs. Bill Ramsey and Mrs. J. C. Miller of Campbellsville, and Mrs. Bill Edwards of Greensburg; one brother: Dr. Howard Rice of Campbellsville; two sisters: Miss Arlene Rice and Mrs. Geneve Jeter of Campbellsville; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Lyon Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 29, by Rev. Richard Ramsey. Interment followed in Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Larry Walker, Earnie Taylor, Ralph Newton, Clyde William, J. C.
