Amie Cleo Brewer was born October 6, 1942 in McAlester, Oklahoma the daughter of Everett Leon Batchelor and Amie (McCuller) Batchelor and had lived for the past 7 years in the Spencerville, OK area. She was preceded in death by her parents, one great granddaughter, Candace Brewer, one great grandson Breden Clark, one sister, Shirley Temple Batchelor Richey and one brother, Charlie Richard Batchelor.
Amie enjoyed bowling, making quilts, doing puzzles, liked to fish, and play bingo.
Survivors Include: husband, Pat Brewer; one son, Byron Brewer and wife, Kathryn of Odessa, TX.; four daughters, Patricia Thomas of Odessa, TX, Cynthia Clark and husband, Rusty of McAlester, OK, Vicki Earthman and husband Walter of Spencerville, OK, Debbie Hanfield of Odessa, TX; two brothers, Roger Batchelor of Greenwood, TX and Jimmy Batchelor of Snyder, TX; two sisters, Oleta Brock of Oklahoma City, OK, Margaret Hodgson of Omaha, TX; and brother in law Max Richey; 18 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren along with many other family and friends.
Funeral services were held at Unity Baptist Church in Hugo, OK on Monday, February 4, 2013 with Bro. Burgie Thompson officiating. Interment followed at Spencerville Cemetery, Spencerville, Oklahoma.
