Gladys Chouinard

Red Lake Falls, Minnesota --- Gladys Chouinard, 83, Red Lake Falls and formerly of Gentilly, Minnesota, died Wednesday, May 18, 1988, in Hillcrest Nursing Home, Red Lake Falls.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, Gentilly. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, with a 7 p.m. prayer service, in Stenshoel Funeral Home, Crookston.

Gladys Scully was born Oct. 1, 1904, in Gentilly, the daughter of Daniel and Azilda Scully. She grew up and later taught school in the Gentilly area. After she married Louis Chouinard in Gentilly, they lived in Gentilly, Larimore, North Dakota and Milwaukee before returning to Gentilly in 1966. Louis Chouinard died in 1968.

Survivors are her son Clement, St. Paul; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother Robert, Yakima, Washington, Roy, Crookston, sisters Lucille Schiller and Viola (Mrs. Bill) Clement, both of Yakima, Genevieve Scully, Red Lake Falls, and Ursula (Mrs. Kerment) Uland, St. Paul.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Raymond and Ignatius.
