Hughes, Fannie Alford—Died Thursday, Nov. 26, at 11:10 p.m. at Baton Rouge General Hospital. Age 64, she was a native and resident of St. Helena Parish.

Body at Brown Funeral Home, Kentwood, until time for funeral service. Funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday from chapel of Brown Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are grandsons of the deceased, Willie, Euguene [sic] and Dennis Frazier, Michael and Ronald McClendon, and Don and Richard Hughes.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Hughes, Kentwood; three sons, Aubrey and Eugene Hughes, Kentwood, and Edward Hughes, Slaughter; three daughters, Mrs. Fraces [sic] Frazier, Kentwood, Mrs. Clara McClendon, Magnolia, Miss., and Mrs. Barbara Thompson, Westlake; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Harris and Mrs. Tiny Allen, both of Kentwood, Mrs. Lilly Falcon, Easleyville, and Mrs. Jessie Young, Amite; three brothers, Gene, Speedy and Bumbo Alford, all of Kentwood; 22 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
