Markleville – Mrs. Cecil O. Clem, Rt. 1, died Thursday morning at Community Hospital following a three week illness.
Born in Anderson, she had lived in Markleville and Ovid most of her life. She was a member of the Methodist Markleville Church, order of the Eastern Star and other social clubs.
Surviving are the husband Edward; two daughters, Phyllis Hamilton, Naples, Fla., and Beverly Kirk, Tempe, Ariz.; a son Thomas Chapman of Pendleton; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday at 2pm in the Cornell Bright Funeral Home at Pendleton by the Rev. Edwin Helm. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery Saturday at 2pm.
