MADDOX RITES TO BE FRIDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Florence A. Maddox, age 59, who died last evening at St. John's Hospital, will be held at 1:30pm Friday at Bethany Chapel, with Rev. James Drake in charge. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Mrs. Maddox, wife of Reuben Maddox, R.F.D. 2, had been ill for some time before her death. She was born in Shelby County and came to Anderson with her parents when she was two years old. She was a member of the Epworth Methodist Church, northeast of Alexandria, and of the Bethany Brotherhood and Sisterhood.

Survivors besides her husband are four daughters, Mrs. Ed Clem, of Markleville; Mrs. Wayne Cookman, Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Harry Barnes and Mrs. Edith Lape, both of Anderson; a son, Carl: a sister. Mrs. Lee Funk, and two brothers, David Gahimer , near Anderson, and Joseph Gahimer, near Alexandria. There are fourteen grandchildren.

The body will be removed the evening to the family home from the Harold E. Rozelle funeral establishment.
