Pauline West Jones, died January 29, 1999, at her son's home following a lingering illness. Born September 25, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Silas and Alma Ellis West. In addition to her parents, she was preceded also in death by her husband, Earnest E. Jones, two daughters, Loretta Jones and Eva Draughn; two sisters, Cleda Jones and Evelyn West; five brothers, Robert, C. V., A. D., James, and Authur West; and two grandchildren, Ricky Harold and Donna. She was a faithful member of the Black Creek United Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Georgia Mae King and husband, Orvil Lee of Wakeman, Ohio; one son-in-law, Everett Draughn of Dalton, Ga.; five sons: Robert Lee Jones and wife, Betty of Dalton, Ga., Harold Gene and wife, Ethel, Nathan Ronnie and wife, Elizabeth, Elbert Dennis and wife, Rita, and Gary and wife, Duretta, all of Robbins; 26 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives. Funeral service was conducted February 1, 1999, at Black Creek United Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Ellis and Rev. Jennings Terry officiating. Interment followed at Black Creek Cross Roads Cemetery.
