Wynona Lee Ingram, age 76, of Lincoln, Missouri, passed away Tuesday evening, May 1, 2012, at the Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, Missouri. She was born in Buchanan County, Missouri, on December 24, 1935, the daughter of Wallace E. McQueen and Lillian E. Walker McQueen Adkins.
She was united in marriage to Robert Lee Ingram on April 15, 1953, in Miami, Oklahoma. They made their home in Lincoln where they would raise their six children. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Before retiring Wynona worked at the Hiway Café, Unitog and Estes' Drive-In.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, on April 26, 2003, one grandson, two brothers, Wallace McQueen and Bill McQueen, and one sister, Melba Getz.
She is survived by her children, Robert D. and Denise Ingram, of Warsaw, Rodney and Linda Ingram, of Lincoln, Susan and Frank Barger, of Weableau, Steven Ingram and Paula Harris, of Sedalia, Tammie and Oral Nichols, of Warsaw, and Robin Baucom and Ron Thompson, of Jefferson City. Also surviving is one brother, Eugene Banahan, of Bates City, eighteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln with burial in the Lincoln Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
