Robert L. "Bob" Ingram, 69, of Lincoln, died Saturday, April 26, 2003, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

He was born April 26, 1934, in Benton County, a son of Richard and Lula Bailey Ingram. On April 15, 1953, he was married to Wynona Lee McQueen, who survives of the home.

Mr. Ingram was a 1952 graduate of Warsaw High School. He had worked for the Missouri State Highway Department for more than 40 years before retiring in 1994 as a highway inspector. The family lived in Warsaw and Sedalia before moving to Lincoln in 1958. He was a member of Lincoln United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and put in a big garden every spring.

Survivors also include three sons, Doug Ingram, Rod Ingram and Steve Ingram, all of Warsaw; three daughters, Susan Barger of Weaubleau, Mo., Tammy Nichols of Warsaw and Robin Baucom of Eldon; a sister, Marge Peterson of Raytown, MO.; three brothers, Don Ingram of Raytown, MO. and Dean and Richard Ingram, both of Warsaw; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Robert Carpenter officiating.

The body will lie in state after 9 a.m. Monday. There will be no family visitation.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Benton County Health Department, the Benton County Heart Fund or the Kidney Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
