Hazel Mott Huggins, 77, a native of Selma, Alabama and a resident of Pensacola for 57 years, died Wednesday, September 7, 2011.
Mrs. Huggins will be remembered as a devoted wife; a loving Mother and Granny. She was a faithful member of Smyrna Baptist Church.
Preceded in death are her parents, Alpha Mott and Lessie Hooks Mott; husband of 52 years, Benjamin J. Huggins; granddaughter, Ashley Cofield; daughter, Mary Hockhalter and a brother, Howard Mott.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Benny Huggins, Irma Cofield, Tammy Brennan and Bonnie (Lamar) Mott; grandchildren, Stephanie (Brian) Ellington, Jeremy (Valerie) Huggins, Bryan (Rebekah) Huggins, Michael (Lydia) Huggins, Carrie (Luke) Clark, Jayme and Corey Brennan; great-grandchildren, Moriah, Naomi, Jacob, Calissa, Katelynn, Zachary, Cole, Marina, Cody and Delaney; siblings Thelma, Carl, Donald, Judson, Evelyn, Violet, James and Lamar.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, September 9, 2011 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
