Evelyn Barrow born October 28, 1938 in Selma, Alabama passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 84. She was the 7th of ten children born to the late Alpha Anderson Mott and Lessie Maxine Hook Mott.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Wallace Jackson "Jack" Barrow; her only remaining sibling, Charles Lamar Mott; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Evelyn was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church but had been unable to attend as her illness progressed.
Those who knew Evelyn will mourn the loss of her love, advice, hospitality, and fun-loving spirit.

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
