Mary E. Richter Mader
Former Inverness resident, Mary E. Mader, died of natural causes at her home in Great Falls January 20, 1990.
Mary was born Aug. 29, 1916, at Alma, Montana to Margaret and George Richter. She attended school there and at Inverness. In 1938 she married George Mader at Inverness. They continued to live there until 1942. Mary was a member of St. Joseph's Altar Society. She loved quilting, crafts, bingo, and dancing.
She was preceded in death by a sister, three brothers, and her parents. Survivors include her husband, George; daughters, Deanna Greenwood of Great Falls; Karen Richardson of Couquitte, Georgia; sons, George Mader of Snohomish, Wash.; Ted and Roger Mader of Seattle, Wash.; sisters, Agnes Mader of Great Falls; Virginia Adams and Francy Fraser of Inverness; brothers, Frank Richter of Joplin; Chris and Ray Richter of Hingham; John Richter of Havre; Edwin Richter of Michigan; ten grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Great Falls. Burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
