Richard was the son of Norris Trout and Elsie C (Bowers) Trout and married to Sylvia A (Burns) Trout on Oct 20, 1956

Richard S. Trout, 48, of Barnesboro RD2, died Saturday, May 8, 1982, at his home. A son of Morris S (sp) and Elsie Bowers Trout, he was born Jan. 31, 1934, in Barr twp., Mr. Trout was the owner of trout Lumber Co., and was formerly employed by Bethlehem Steel Corp. Suviving are his wife, Sylvia Burns-his mother: these children: Larry of Barnesboro RD@, Mrs. Sharlene Beil of Palmyra and Melanie, Karla and Paul, all at home. Also surviving are one grandson- two sisters: Mrs. Velma Britton and Mrs. Grace States, both of Barnesboro RD 2 and two brothers; Raymond of Clymer RD2 and Edward of Euclid, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers; Elton and Kenneth. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7-9 p.m. today (Monday) at Long Funeral Home, Inc., Barnesboro where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Revs Lloyd Getch and frank Yaroal will officiate. Interment will be in McDowell Cemetery.
