JACKSON - Mildred Adele Hargett Brown, 84, homemaker, died Monday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Halls City Cemetery. Arrington Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution. She leaves a son, Dr. Joe L. Brown II of Jackson; a sister, John Ellen Cole of Amarillo, Texas, and a grandchild. The family requests that memorials be sent to Jackson First United Methodist Church.
