MONTGOMERY -- Services for Bernis Plunkett Gongre of Montgomery will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Lakeview with the Rev. J. P. McManus officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Mrs. Gongre, 61, died at 1:45 a.m. Monday in her residence.
She was a native of Montgomery and a homemaker.
Survivors include four daughters, Betty Welch, Barbara Welch, Brenda Smith and Bonnie Horn, all of Montgomery; one brother, Otis Plunkett of Rock Hill community; one sister, Ruby Burch of Montgomery; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home.
