MUNDELL DIES AT HOSPITAL
Robert T. Mundell, 43, 1530 Ohio Ave., died this morning at 8:30 at St. John's Hospital following a three month illness. He had been a patient at St. John's since Wednesday.
The body was taken to the Baker Brothers Funeral Home where friends will be received after 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Services will be held in the First methodist Church Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Dr. W. H. Bransford in charge. Burial will be in Memorial Park. The body will lie in state at the church from noon Monday until the time of services.
Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Leola Mundell; two daughters, Mrs. Dixie Porter, Anderson, and Joyce Ann Mundell, at home; four brothers, George, Anderson; Walter, New Castle; David and Henry, both of Tipton; four sisters, Mrs. Sarah Pickett, Mrs. Elizabeth Tragessor, Mrs. Nora Ripberger and Mrs. Eunice Nunemaker, all of Tipton, and the mother, Mrs. Blanche Wilburn, also of Tipton.
Mr. Mundell was a member of the First Methodist Church here and the Daleville Masonic Lodge. He had been employed for the past 13 years at Delco-Remy Division and was employed at Plant 11 at the time of his death.
He came to Anderson from Tipton, where he was born and raised, 13 years ago.
