GEORGE MUNDELL
George W. Mundell, 47, of 732 Imy Lane, who had been a patient at St. John's Hospital six days, died there Tuesday afternoon at 3:25 o'clock.
Mr. Mundell had been employed at Delco-Remy Division in the toolroom Dept. 1155. He had been active in square dance circles here.
He was born Dec. 21, 1918, in Tipton, to George and Blanche Mundell, and came here 16 years ago from Tipton. He was a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are the widow, Alberta; two children, Rick, and Jill Ann Mundell, both at home; three brothers, Henry and David of Tipton, and Walter Mundell of New Castle; four sisters, Mrs. Sara Pickett, Mrs. Nora Lee Ripberger, Mrs. Elizabeth Thagesser, and Mrs. Eunice Nunemacher, all of Tipton; and nieces and nephews.
The body was take to the Baker Brothers Funeral Home where friends will be received after 7 p.m. today. Funeral riters are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
