Forest was a homemaker and a member of Indian Prairie Baptist Church.
Survivors include: a daughter, Sharon (Bud) Pittman of Linton; six grandchildren: Byron Pittman of Sandborn, Roxie Wertenberger of Benton, AR, Curtis Pittman and Gale Pittman, both of Switz City, Douglas Cleveland, and Deborah Demello, nine great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
Forest was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Garvy Cleveland; five brothers, Elmo, Sam, Arvil, Arthur, Lester Mounts; and two sisters: LaVina Hutchison and Minnie Medley.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Anderson-Poindexter Memory Chapel in Linton. Burial will follow at Indian Prairie Cemetery.
