Garvey E. Cleveland, 67, of The Villages, Fla., passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2003, at his residence in The Villages.
He was retired from the Exchange Bank of Milledgeville, GA., where he was vice-president. He was born in Carlisle. He was a veteran of U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the North Lake Presbyterian Church and former member of the Kiwanis Club of Milledgeville, GA.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Cleveland of The Villages, Fla.; son, Douglas Cleveland of Milledgeville, GA.; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and David Demello of Jacksonville, Fla.; his mother, Forest Cleveland of Linton; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Bud Pittman of Linton; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are today in Page Thesus Funeral Home Chapel in Leesburg, Fla. The National Cremation Society in Fruitland Park, Fla., assisted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
