Minnie H. Medley, 84, Carlisle, died April 27, 1993, at her residence. She was the mother of Connie Reed of Martinsville. The daughter of Oliver P. and Stella Begerman Mounts, she was born may 20, 1908, in Sullivan county. Mrs. Medley was a homemaker and a member of the Temple Baptist Church. Other survivors include two daughters, Betty Jo Howard of Carlisle, and Darlene Frye of Ellettsville; two sons Ernest "Bud" Medley of Bucktown and Jerry Medley of Ohio; two brothers, Arthur Mounts of Alexandria and Lester Mounts of Auburn Wash.; one sister Forest Cleveland of Lyons; 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren . Burial will be at Mount Moriah Cemetery near Dugger.
