Marion Cox Henson, 93, died May 3, 1993 at the Shearer Richardson Nursing Home in Okolona. She was born in Sycamore in Chickasaw County. She was a retired school teacher and bookkeeper and a member of the Presbyterian Church of Okolona where she taught Sunday School. She was a graduate of Bowling Green College, Bowling Green, Kentucky, and she taught in the Okolona Public Schools. She is the widow of Fredrick S. Henson.
Graveside services were at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday May 5, at the Oddfellows Cemetery with the Rev. Sandra Sission officiating.
Survivors include one son, Mr. Robert Marion Henson of Okolona;3 grandchildren;5 great-grandchildren.
