William is the son of Simion Merkell Loskutoff and Dadeya Nikali Buchnoff. He is one of ten known children: Mary, John, William, Jack, Markel, Nickoli, Alexai, Emma, Matrona, and Hanya.

He married Prascovia Nikitinivna Corboff in 1906 in Russia. They have seven known children: Augusta, Samuel, Nick, Alice, Mary, William, and Peter. William and his family lived on Potrero Hill in San Francisco, CA. For a time he was a riveter in the shipyards and a laborer at the lumberyard.

Family returned to Russia and later came back to America in 1928 aboard the Ile de France, 11/13/1928

OBITUARY
Rev. W.S. Loskutoff
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow (Saturday) for the Rev. William S. Loskutoff, pastor of the Russian Molokan Christian Church from 1907 to 1954.
The 71-year old minister, who came to San Francisco from his native Russia, died Tuesday.
He is survived by his wife, Prascovia; three sons, Nick, William and Peter, and three daughters, Alice and Mary Loskutoff and Mrs. Gussie Agapoff.
Funeral services will be held at the Molokan Church, 841 Carolina Street. A prayer service will be held at the church at 7 o'clock tonight (Friday). Burial will be in the Russian Sectarian Cemetery.
