Services for Mrs. Juanita Elizabeth Bailey, 75, of Weir, were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Huntsville Church of Christ. Mrs. Bailey, a former resident of New Orleans, died June 3, 1988, at the Crestwood Hospital in Huntsville, Al. She was a native of Choctaw County and a member of the Huntsville Church of Christ.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Paula Rainey of Ardmore, Tn. and Mrs. Frances Carter of New Orleans; three sisters, Mrs. Etolia Herring of Madison, Mrs. Christine Lollar of Weir, Mrs. Maxine Strickler of Nashville; a brother, Paul Shaw of Louisville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Minister Dan Bearden officiated. J
Jordan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements and burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Dee Rainey, Son Carter, Glynn Box, Thamar Lollar, Dwight Lollar and Jowayne Herring
