Funeral services for Christine Shaw Lollar of Weir were held Monday, December 17, 2007, at Huntsville Church of Christ with Bro. Dan Beardain and Bro. Nathan Wright officiating. Burial followed at Huntsville Cemetery. Coleman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs.Lollar, 85, died December 15, 2007, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. She was a memmber of the Huntsville Church of Christ as well as a member of the 20th Century Club and a Christmas Seals volunteer. A homemaker, Mrs. Lollar also served Weir as an Alderwoman for four years.
Survivors include her husband, T.N. Lollar; her son, Dwight Lollar of Winona; her sister, Maxine Strickler of Nashville,Tenn.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be sent to the Huntsville Cemetery Fund, 928 Highway 407, Winona, MS 38967.
