Tom was the son of William and Flora (Hyden) Bray. Grandson of Tom and Lula(Barber) Bray and Millard and Nannette (Neely) Hyden He was born in KY and had resided in IN and Fl most of his life.

He was a "tall dark and handsome", smooth talking, free-spirited man. His first marriage was to Judy Reynolds Feb, 10 1949, they had one son Michael. He had two other sons with his surviving wife, Louise, they were Herbie Bray & Tommy Joe. Tom died of a heart attack in FL. in his early 50's.

He used to always think that we had Cherokee Indian ancestors because of a marriage in the early history..however that marriage had no children but the Indian wife had helped rear the children of the privious deceased wife. He used to say "old Indians" never die referring to himself and his mother...he probably would have been disappointed to find out the true history.

He wasn't around the family that much, but he is remembered and loved by his relatives and friends.

He was preceeded in death by father; William Elmer Bray, brothers, Harold Bray and Jackie Byron Bray; grandparents, Thomas Bray and Lula( Barber)Bray, Milliard Hyden, and Nannette(Neely)Hyden Dykes.

More on his bio to follow at a later date.

THANK YOU SHARON FOR POSTING THE FIRST PICTURES.
