A Mass of Christian Burial was celeberated Wednesday for Anna Rose Bean, 80, of 8 Edgewood Drive, Essex Junction, formerly of 54 Murray St., Burlington, who died in Fanny Allen Hospital in Colchester on sunday Aug. 15.

She was born in Burlington on Mar 24, 1913, the daughter of Alfred and Emelia (Mercier) Gingras. Mrs Bean had worked at Queen City Cotton Mill and the American Woolen Mill for several years.

She is survived by her son, Fr.Donald A Bean of St Lawrence parish in Essex Junction, three brothers and their wives, Wilfred and Glorai Gingras of Fort Pierce, Fla., John and Janice Gingras of Milton, and James and Arlene Gingras of Burlington, four sister in laws, Eva Bean of Burlington, Elaine Ravenscroft and Helen Bean of Wallingford, and Yvonne Gingras of Burlington, and many nieces , nephews, and cousins. Mrs Bean was predeceased by four sisters and four brothers.
