Benedict Trefzger son of Martin Trefzger (1815-1891-5) and Katherine Genter Trefzger (1823-1889). Benedict died in the East Franklin ( below Tremont) mine due to a fatal accident. He married August 25, 1872 to Catherine Hatter and had three girls:
1. Elizabeth or Lizzie (1873-1948) who married Frank William Troutman (1872-1958).
2. Emma R. (1876-1884)
3. Mary A Trefzger (1878-1930) who married to William H. Bush.
Wife Catherine Hatter Trefzger did remarry to William H. Dinger in 1884 and she died in 1932, she is also buried in Donaldson.
