Mrs. William Armstrong of Cumberland Township, daughter of James Curl, one among the early settlers of the east end of this county, died of dropsy last Sabbath evening, after years of pain and suffering, aged about 65. The remains, followed by a concourse of friends, were interred Tuesday, November 14, at Glades cemetery, near Carmichaels. The deceased leaves a husband and six children with a large circle of friends and relations to mourn her loss. She trusted alone in the atonement made by the Redeemer. Services were conducted by Rev. J. C. McMinn.
