Charlene was born to Charles Rodney and Hildegarde Marie (Gehlen) Spicher. She was raised on a farm south of Hingham, graduated from Hingham HS in 1954 & attended Montana State University in Missoula MT. Married Douglas Ronald Bibler, 20 Sept. 1955, & as a military wife lived in California, Hawaii, and Virginia. Upon Doug's death in a military aircraft accident, she returned to settle in Great Falls MT. Married John Diaz. 4 Jan 1977. Children: Ron, Bruce, and Mark Bibler. Charlene died of lung cancer at the Peace Hospice in Great Falls MT. Burial of Ashes in Hingham cemetery.
