Isaac's "taufschein" reads: "To both spouses, Jacob Winkelman and his wife Barbara, son Isaac was born the 23rd day of February in the year of our Lord 1829 at 5 o'clock in the morning in the constellation of the Libran balance. This child was born in the township of Chapman in the county of Union and state of Pennsylvania in North America and was baptised the 17th day of August AD by the Revd. Mr. Daniel Weiser of Sealing(s) Grove." Note: Chapman Twp. was renamed from Mahantango Township.
