Charles Oliver Kellogg was born March 24, 1866, in Hunnewell, MO., the son of Lymon Kellogg and Josephine (Fulmer) Kellogg. Uncle Charley moved to the state of Washington when a young man. He married Emma Belle Klemgard on May 24, 1893, at Colton, Washington. (Later divorced) They had three children; Lester, Glen, and Vera. They divorced.
He later married May (Keith) Kincaid on June 4, 1912, in Moscow, Idaho. They had one daughter, Annette.
Surviving are his widow, two sons, Glen and Lester, both of Conrad, Mont., and a daughter, Annette, at the home.
The Rev. W.O. Chisholm will officiate at the funeral services and burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

C. O. Kellogg will erect a fine new house on his ranch just west of Pullman, near the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Contractor Valk gets the contract, which calls for a $3900 residence.
