Hattie A. Streeter Shipman, wife of Alonzo D. Shipman, died at her home, 54 Foxhall Avenue, early this morning. The funeral will be held from her late residence Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Montrepose Cemetery.
Besides her husband, seven daughters survive: Mrs. Walter Wood, Mrs. Bessie Van Gieson and Mrs. Harry Williams of Kingston; Mrs. Lewis Swart of Flatbush; Mrs. Chester Myers of Glasco, and Mabel and Elsie Shipman at home; one son, Robert Shipman of Flatbush; one brother, Howard Streeter of Malden; one sister, Mrs. Charity Niece of Brooklyn, and several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
