He leaves to mourn their loss his wife, Mrs. Maude Laymon; his children, Edward, Marie and Glen, of the home address, and Mrs. Cora Ledford, also of Iola; one granddaughter, Evelyn Mae Ledford; three brothers, Charles, Oscar and Henry Laymon, all of this city; one sister, Mrs. May Cuppy, Iola; four uncles, one aunt, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A precious one from us has gone,
A voice we loved is still'd;
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.
God in his wisdom has recall'd
The boon his love had given,
And tho' the body slumbers here
The soul is safe in Heaven.
