Pauline Birge Snoddy Whiteside, age 88, of Russellville, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Legacy Lodge Nursing Home.
A daughter of the late Thomas and Alice Mae Hunnicutt Birge, she was born May 4, 1922 in Russellville. She was a caregiver and a member of Damascus Assembly of God.
She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Richard Snoddy and Brooks Whiteside; four sons, two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law: Johnny and Vickie Snoddy and Jonah Ray Snoddy, all of Russellville; three daughters and a son-in-law: Syble Anderson of Dover; Peggy and Lonnie Deeds of Atkins; and Linda Gunn of Delaware; a brother, Archie Birge of Russellville; a sister, Bertha Staggs of Russellville; 24 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service and burial will be at 10 A.M. on Friday, April 23, 2010 at East Point Cemetery, officiated by the Rev. Ronnie Birge and the Rev. Larry Pless. Arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service.
