DODGEVILLE — Renzie W. Weber, age 73, of Dodgeville, died on Saturday, May 23, 1981, at Memorial Hospital in Dodgeville, after an apparent heart attack. He was born in Dodogeville Township on April 25, 1908. He was married to the former Emma Erickson on September 12, 1928. The couple farmed in the Highland and Ridgeway areas, until moving to Dodgeville in 1966. Mr. Weber was employed by the City of Dodgeville until retiring in 1970. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Bernice Brennum in 1953, and Rosella Phillips in 1980; two sons, LaVern [Laverne] in 1934, and Norman in 1976, and two great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Emma of Dodgeville; three sons, Nelmer of Dousman, WI, Joseph of Appleton, and Milan of McFarland; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Isabel [Isabelle]) Rakow of Cottage Grove, Mrs. Stanley (Alvina) Phillips of DeForest, and Mrs. Kenneth (Ardella) Olson of Oregon; two sisters, Mrs. Leona Mann, and Mrs. Marilda Erickson, both of Dodgeville; 30 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, in the LULLOFF-PETERSON FUNERAL HOME, Dodgeville. Reverend Howard Lindsay will officiate. Burial is in East Side cemetery, Dodgeville. Friends may call at the funeral home until time of service.
