She was the mother of Lucian Adams, formerly of Port Arthur but now of San Antonio, who was decorated as Port Arthur's only Congressional Medal of Honor winner in World War II.
She is survived by her father, John Ramsey, Port Arthur; eight other sons, Domingo, Steven and Joseph Adams, all of Port Arthur; Harvey and Lawrence Culver, Port Arthur; Roy and Albert Culver, Groves, and Freddie Culver of U.S. Navy at Norfolk, Virginia; three daughters, Mrs. Victor Maltos, Mrs. Ralph Ruiz and Miss Juanita Culver, all of Port Arthur; three brothers, Frank Ramsey, Port Arthur, Jesse Ramsey of Groves, and Louis Ramsey of Dallas; a sister, Julia Ramsey of Port Arthur; 23 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
