Mrs. Arthur C. Klein, 77, Sioux Center, died May 24 at her residence of a long illness.
Services were held at 10:30 A.M. May 27 in the First Christian Reformed Church. The Rev. Henry Van den Heuvel officiated, and burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Klein, the former Susie Altena, was born Oct. 24, 1898, at Maurice. She was married Feb, 21, 1919, at Maurice. She and her husband farmed until retirement several years ago.
Survivors include the widower; a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Alice), Langstraat of Hull, four sons, Sam of Sioux Center, Clarence of Alton, James of Sherman, S.D., and Adrian of Pipestone, Minn.; a brother, Sam of Sioux Center; two sisters, Mrs. Johanna Int Veld of St. Paul, Minn, and Mrs. Fannie De Boom of Sioux Center; 15 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
