William A. Lewis
Frostburg - William A. Lewis, 85, of Eckhart, died Sunday at the Cumberland Nursing
Home.
Born March 5, 1897, in Eckhart, he was a son of the late Abraham and Martha (Willison)
Lewis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily (Galliers) Lewis.
He was a retired coal miner and life member of the Mount Savage V.F.W., Old Rail Post
and American Legion Farrady Post No. 24, Frostburg, and was a veteran of World War
l.
Services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home by Pastor Teddy R.
Herron. Interment will be in Eckhart Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be William R. Lewis, Ronald L. Lewis, Bradford R. Lewis, Henry Lewis,
Allen Lewis, and Raymond Lewis.
