Died a t hia hom e near Roseboom, Saturday, March 12, after a long and painful
illness Fernando Judson in the 63d year of his a g e . His funeral was held from the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon,
the 16th, and was conducted by the Rev Mr Velie, pastor of the M P Church of Pleasant Brook. A large number of relatives
and friends was assembled therre to pay the last tribute to a highly respected citizen, whose motto
was "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you . " Mr. Judson leaves a widow, an aged father and a number of
brothers and sisters to mourn his loss; Interment in the village cemetery.
