Elmer Deakins
Elmer Deakins, 81, a well known farmer of near Frazer, died at his home yesterday. Mr. Deakins lived his entire life in the Frazer community. He and Mrs. Deakins would have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary tomorrow.
His survivors are his wife, Mrs. Emma Deakins; two daughters, Mrs. Clifton Miles, and Mrs. R. C. McCray, both of Agency; one sister, Miss Edith LaFollette, also of Agency; five grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.
Services will be at the Hixon funeral home, Gower, Sunday at 2. The Rev. V. Crenshaw will officiate. Burial will be in the Frazer cemetery.
