Leona, twin daughter of Sam and Lizzie Schwindt, was born June 26, 1921. About two weeks ago she was taken sick. When her condition became serious she was taken to the LaCrosse Hospital. She died December 18, 1926, at the tender age of 5 years, 5 months and 27 days. Her parents, 3 sisters, 1 brother and a large circle of friends and relatives mourn her untimely departure. She was buried from the Baptist Church, where a large audience had gathered. Rev. Dallmus spoke in German and English. Jesus says: "Suffer the little children and forbid them not unto me, for such is the Kingdom of Heaven."
