Alan Earl Norlin, age 75, of Norwalk passed away at home on January 19, 2011. Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 24 at 2:00PM at Brooks South Town Chapel, 7601 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa 50321. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. Inurnment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
Alan is survived by his three children, Kelly (Jonna) Norlin, Kari (Robert) Baron, Kirk Norlin; granddaughter, Allyson Norlin; three step-grandsons, Derek, Adam, and Logan Shaver; brother, Keith Norlin; and sisters, Ilene Phipps and Elinor Higgins
He was preceded in death his wife, Shirley, his parents, two sisters, and four brothers.
