Obit: Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda Doern, 90, formerly of Calumetville, will be held at Bruskiewitz Forest Lake Chapel, Milwaukee, with burial at Garnett Rothman Cemetery of Calumetville.
Mrs. Doren, who was born May 17, 1890, died at St. Anne’s Rest Home in Milwaukee on Wednesday, May 28, 1980. She was married April 10, 1908 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church east of Pipe to Edward Doern who died May 16, 1930.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Clem (Lena) Heimermann of Waucousta, Mrs. Corrine Spengler of Martinez, Calif., Mrs. Doloris Wroblewski and Mrs. Geraldine Egelseer, both of Milwaukee; three sons, William and Morris Doern of Milwaukee and Myron of Waukesha; 29 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
