Mrs. Pearce, a native of Nash County, N.C., was the widow of Wade Hampton Pearce. She was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include four daughters, Hazel Lane Wagner of Chesapeake, Thelma P. Davis of Richmond, Rheba P. Modlin and Elsie P. Humphrey, both of Virginia Beach; three sons, Paul H. Pearce and Wade L. Pearce, both of Norfolk, and Roy T. Pearce of Niles Ill,; a sister, Nannie W. Pearce of Raleigh; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Russell G. Flaxman. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
Memorial donations may be made to Eastminster Presbyterian Church.
