LINWOOD - Funeral services for Claude Edward Hallenbeck, 81, of Rt. 1, Linwood, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Rumsey Funeral Home in Lawrence. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hallenbeck died Saturday at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
He was born Oct. 15, 1890, in Tonganoxie, and lived all his life in Leavenworth County. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by a son Earl, of Linwood, two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Evans, Hong Kong, and Mrs. Dorothy Resco, Linwood, two brothers, Charles, of Linwood, and George, of Rt. 4, Lawrence; two sisters, Mrs. Jack Sproul, Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Grace Crabb, Homewood, Kan., and eight grandchildren.
