Mrs O C Heinze Called by Death
Mrs Viola Heinze wife of Otto Heinze of 614 South Loomis Street died in the Poudre Valley Memorial Hospital shortly before noon today. She entered the hospital April 19 for treatment of a heart ailment and had undergone surgery.
Mrs Heinze was born at Charles City Iowa Sept 14 1891 and attended Momingside College at Sioux City Iowa. Mr and Mrs Heinze were married at Charles City Dec 7 1920.
Mr Heinze retired as manager of a JC Penney store in Iowa in 1938 in which year the couple came to Fort Collins.
Mrs Heinze was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church She was a past matron of the Order of the Eastern Star and a past president of the Club She also was a member of the Social Order of Beau-ceant the Golden Circle of the Presbyterian Church and the Morning Garden Club and was a past president of the Eastern Star Club.
Surviving are her husband two daughters Mrs Kenneth Lea of Raleigh NC and Mrs William Holmes of Sedona Ariz; eight grandchildren; three brothers Ed, JF, and Elmer HuxsoI all of Charles City and a sister Mrs Nell Anderson of Burlingame Calif.
The funeral has been set for 10:39 am on Saturday at the First United Presbyterian Church to be conducted by the Rev Garrett Carpenter An Eastern Star service will be conducted at Grandview cemetery.
