Powersville, Mo. Jan 29th 1893 [sic] *
We, the undersigned heirs of John A Berry, deceased, late of Putnam Co Mo, hereby certify that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1) to each of us paid by Deborah J Berry, (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) have this day, each of us, and all of us, sold and delivered to the said Deborah J Berry all of our interest and share, in all personal property of every kind and character, which belonged to or may pertain in any wise to the estate of the said John A Berry - deceased. And we further certify that we the undersigned are all, and the only heirs of the above named John A Berry.
In witness whereof we hereby attach our signatures the day and year first above written
