Ora, a paternal great-aunt of mine, was a daughter of Lafayette and Alice Love Alcorn, and was the fifth child of seven born to them. Her siblings were:
Lola Alcorn Buntin (1886-1968)
Roy Anvil (1887-1962),
Clyde Sydney (1889-1939)
Scott Lee (1891-1946)
Charles Loven and Myrtle (they both passed away in the late 1890s while the family was living in Belgrade, MO).

Ora passed away in 1908 at the tender age of 14 possibly from Tuberculosis (this cannot be verified as no death certificates were required in MO until 1910). TB was widespread in this area during this time, and another maternal great-grandmother of mine who lived in Van Buren, MO had also died earlier in 1908 of it.

I'm sure all were greatly saddened by Ora's death and missed her terribly.
